What are stick tournaments?

The first stick tournament was made by Vic Biss in 2007. It only gained around 200000 views despite being the first one by the creator not being that experienced with animation. Out of the 200000 views Vic Biss only gained 175 or less subscribers. Vic Biss gained very little but the effect done on YouTube will never be undone with animators using either pivot, stick nodes or stick fighter making new stick tournaments daily.

Stick tournaments is animations about a group of stick figures fighting in a tournament until 1 is left. The popularity of stick tournaments started 5 years ago when cheezcurds made his first one that got over 60 million views. Most people found out about stick tournaments in less then 5 years ago but there were stick tournaments far before that time.
